I care about making difficult things work.
I have spent much of my career inside complicated environments: banking, technology, transformation and delivery. Over time, I learned that complexity itself is rarely the real problem. The harder task is finding the decision, dependency or overlooked detail that changes everything.
I care deeply about that work. It's not because complexity is impressive. It's because making it understandable and workable allows people to move, build and deliver.
This space brings together two sides of how I work. One is leading enterprise change across products, platforms and delivery systems. The other is building directly: testing ideas, working through the technology and taking products towards release.
You will find work at different levels of completeness. Some of it is live. Some must remain anonymised. Some is still taking shape. I have chosen not to smooth away those unfinished edges or attach claims I cannot support. Where the evidence is limited, I will say so.
This is not meant to be a museum of polished outcomes. It is a working record of how I think, what I make, what I learn, and why I keep trying.
